Wayne is the Managing Director of Browning and brings a depth of experience earned through decades in the motor trade. He began his journey as an apprentice in the workshop at another dealership and has since worked across every area of the industry, including parts, sales, and aftersales management.

Before taking over Browning in 2004, Wayne served as a dealer principal, further developing his leadership and business insight. His approach has always been hands-on; whether it’s overseeing transportation or stepping into the daily running of the business, Wayne is never one to sit back. He’s far from the typical managing director—always involved, approachable, and ready to help wherever needed.

Wayne’s long-standing commitment to the local community and his role in getting thousands of cars on the road reflect his passion for the trade. His experience, drive, and personal leadership style continue to shape Browning as a proudly independent dealership with strong community roots.
