Tom is the Aftersales Manager at Browning, bringing over two decades of customer service experience to the team. Since entering the motor trade in 2012, Tom has built a strong reputation for his approachable manner, attention to detail, and dedication to customer care.

He joined Browning from a large PLC dealership and quickly embraced the more personal, independent environment. Since becoming Aftersales Manager in 2022, Tom has played a key role in maintaining high standards across the service and workshop departments.

Tom’s commitment to exceptional service was nationally recognised when he received an IMI Award for Customer Service, highlighting his focus on putting customers first at every stage of their journey.

His leadership, industry knowledge, and passion for delivering a positive experience help ensure Browning continues to provide reliable, friendly, and trusted support to every customer who walks through the door.
