Mikhail

Mikhail brings over a decade of valuable experience to the Browning team. He started from scratch as a trainee and became one of the first Kia Geniuses in the country and became a manager at just 21 years old. He has also completed the prestigious AFI Future Leaders Programme, demonstrating his dedication to growth and leadership within the automotive industry.

During his career, Mikhail held a role outside of a dealership but still within the motor trade, which saw him travel extensively across the UK. He used his industry expertise to support dealerships in a variety of ways, a key part of this role was in stock management, ensuring dealers have the right cars at the right price. We’re pleased he brought this experience back to Browning.

Known for his can-do attitude, Mikhail is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. His role doesn’t fit a traditional job title, he simply does whatever it takes to support the team and keep the business running smoothly.

Mikhail is committed to helping Browning navigate the evolving challenges of the industry, with a clear focus on ensuring the dealership not only survives but continues to thrive as an independent business.
